Turning 6

My baby is 6! Can you believe it? Jackson asked for a Shaun White bike and "100 aquariums each with a different habitant and one with a piranha." He got the bike and one aquarium with no piranha (among other things). He was happy with that. Grammz, Papa & Auntie were here for the first day of school (also Papa's birthday!) and Jackson's birthday. Jackson even go to ride his new bike to school with Daddy. His party was at the Nature Center, of course, and everyone had  great time.

First day of 1st grade

Jackson was very excited for the first day of school. This is his new "skateboarder" outfit that he picked out.  Grammz, Papa & Auntie were here for all the excitement. Jackson had a great first day and likes his teacher, Mrs. Newman.

Paddling along

Jason bought some stand up paddle boards for his crew with the boat morale money and we have been trying them out. Its so awesome!!

Skaters

I bought Jackson a skate board and pads at a yard sale in WV and he has been making use of the new skate park across the street form our house. Sawyer likes to participate too on his scooter. Daddy has been showing off some of his old tricks too.

Auntie arranged for her favorite massage therapist to come give massages at the beach house. Jackson got one (spoiled kid) but Sawyer only wanted his from Auntie!!

NC Beach Week!

Friends and family from far and wide gathered in Oak Island, NC for Sunder Family Fun Week. We stayed at an awesome house near the beach with a pool. They boys had a blast. They went fishing several times and rode bikes. The food was great and we enjoyed relaxing.

Cass & Snowshoe

We took another day trip in WV down to Cass Scenic Railroad and to Snowshoe. The boys really enjoyed the train ride and summer activities on the mountain.

Dare Devils.

Jason used his brother Joey's tractor (big boy toy) to build a jump at Joey's house for bikes, kids and big wheels. Everyone had a blast.

more WV

We took a day trip to Audra State Park and did some hiking and swimming. Cousin Josie came along. Its for sure. We will stop with 2 kids....one per parent.
