The Jackson Monster was seen at our house after bath time running wild and growling. Daddy was stealing some kisses from Sawyer. He is a great kisser. I had a great haul at Walgreens & Target - got all this for $2.63 + tax.

Rides and Ribs

Jason & Jackson went to the water park today and had a great time. Jackson rode the water rides and slides. He was pooped and took a long nap this afternoon. Sawyer & I did some shopping. It was nice to only have one with me. This evening Jason made ribs for dinner and our neighbor Haley came over. The kids had a good time eating the meat of the bone and made a big mess. Sawyer was happy with his sweet potatoes.

Glad to be home

Everyone slept very well in their own beds last night. Sawyer slept from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, ate and then again to 8:00 AM. Jackson slept till 8:00 AM also. The boys both had well checks today and Jackson had his school physical. They are both in good shape. The doctor said Jackson was very smart for his age. Sawyer got 2 shots which he was not happy about. We also started Sawyer on a little solid food - rice cereal at dinner. He seemed to enjoy it. Jackson played with his "nay-burs" this evening and it seemed they were all happy to be back together. (Yes, Taylor is riding her bike in a tutu.)

Home...Finally....

We got home this evening from our 1600 mile trip to VA and back with stops in NC. It was a busy trip but we got to see lots of good friends. We are all pooped and going to bed soon. Happy Wedding Steph & Mason!

Heading to NC

We have had a wonderful visit with Grammz & Auntie. Jason & I got to go out for date night on Sunday. Jackson is working very hard on potty training. He goes without pants when we are home. Sawyer is growing, growing, growing and getting spoiled by the holders. Tomorrow we leave for NC to start out 6 day trip up to VA and back. We are staying at my mom's tomorrow, my friend Sara's Thursday and at the Tides Inn in Irvington, VA on Friday and Saturday for Steph & Mason's wedding. Sunday we head back to Mom's for dinner with Grammz, Papa, Auntie, GG & Opah, then back to FL on Monday. I'm tired just talking about it. It will be fun and we will get to see a bunch of friends in VA.

Happy Birthday Auntie!

There is never a dull moment with the Fealys. Today is Auntie's birthday so we went to the Navy Exchange to get her some perfume and then out to Mexican birthday lunch. The guys singing Happy Birthday scared Jackson - look at his face. Mom is sleeping in the guest room and Auntie is sleeping on Jackson's bed with Jackson on the floor. He helped his roommate unpack.

Busy Weekend

We had a little scare with Sawyer starting Thursday. He was running a fever so I took him to the Naval hospital on Friday. 3 1/2 hours later after many tests, they thought it was probably viral and gave him a shot of antibiotics to be safe. Friday night was good but Saturday the doctor rechecked him and thought he might have pneumonia. That turned out not to be the case and he seems fine now - probably just a cold. We are waiting for blood cultures on Tuesday to discontinue oral antibiotics. He was a trooper through it all. Jackson has been very busy playing with the neighbors and on his bike. He has the road rash to prove it. I had a good grocery haul today - $132.00 before discounts and coupons, $52.00 after.
