We have been very busy with school and soccer this week. Coach Jason and the team had pictures taken on Sunday. More to come. I reorganized the playroom and it has stayed pretty neat since them. Jackson is really enjoying school and Sawyer & I are enjoying our time together.

Disney Day 2!!

There was a bad storm Sunday night and we all got really close and personal to a major lightening storm on the 11th floor or our hotel - too close! Monday we road, Buzz Lightyear, Tea Cups, Astro Orbiter, Speedway and of course Thunder Mountain Again & again. Jackson wore his pirate gear again and had an awesome time. He took his picture and medallion to school with him today. We were all glad to get home and sleep in our own beds last night. I don't know how families stay more than 2 days!!

Disney Day 1!!

Saturday we left soccer, showered (it was 95), ate lunch and got on the road to Orlando. We went to IKEA first. I was in heaven. We ate dinner and tried to go to bed but everyone was too excited. We got up Sunday and road the bus from the hotel to Magic Kingdom. Jackson and Sawyer really enjoyed the Jungle Cruise. Jackson became an official Pirate when he was inducted into the Pirate League. He was invited to participate in a pirate parade and show later in the day. We road Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain more times than I can count. The lines were not bad and we LOVE fast pass. Sawyer was a trooper and really enjoyed the bus ride and the ducks around the park.

Soccer

Saturday was Jackson's first soccer game. It was fun.... and chaos. They do not keep score at this age but our team definitely dominated the other team. Most of our players have played before, except Jackson. Jackson is #2. The other team was very young. One kid on the other team had a full on tantrum because he wanted to go to Cracker Barrel instead of play soccer. They all had refreshments after the game so everyone was happy.

Back to School

Jackson started back to school on Tuesday and we are both VERY happy. When he gets home Sawyer takes a nap, Jackson watches a movie and I have some quiet time to enjoy. After rest time, we always see what the "neighbors" are doing.

PARTY!!!!!!!!

Today was Jackson's Pirate Part and he had a blast. We had a pirate bounce house and tons of fun. There were 11 kids. Jackson got some nice "presidents". He and daddy are having a monster truck race right now. We have the bounce house until Monday so there will be more bouncing tomorrow. The game i had planned didn't go so well so my water balloon toss turned into a water balloon fight - lesson learned. Never over estimate the ability of 4 year old to follow instructions.

Jackson got a new pirate room for his birthday from Mommy & Daddy. He and Sawyer went to a friend's this morning so I could work by myself on the transformation. Daddy came home for the big reveal. I think he really likes it!
