Cold Spring Village

Last weekend we spent the day at Cold Spring Village, A living history museum in North Cape May. It was very interesting and Jackson really enjoyed it. Sawyer, not so much. They had a "pastport" that the kids took around to each exhibit to get stamped and could turn in at the end for a treat. That was the only way Sawyer held on. The boys got to use a turn of the century printing press, spin wool, learn to knit & work in the wood shop. A pig flung mud on me and that made the day for Jason.

Aesop's Fables

Jackson's P.A.C.E. class performed several Aesop Fables for parents. They were SOOOO cute. Jackson had parts in several. The funniest was when he was the dog in "The Dog and the Butcher."

Father's Day

What an awesome day. Jason had breakfast and presents in bed then we went to church. Jackson could barely contain himself during church because he knew fishing was coming after. Jason played soccer then we grilled out steaks with our neighbors. We will really miss this harbor!

He's kind of a big deal!!

Jason Fealy was appointed to Chief Warrant Office on May 31, 2013. The ceremony was very nice and the boys and I got to put on his shoulder boards and cover. There was a reception after. The crew has had a hard time transitioning from calling him "senior" to "Mr." Jason still answers the phone "Senior" as well. I guess they will all have to get accustomed to it.
